911/Keep Calm: Call 911 if not already done! Let as many people as poss know where you are/situation. Try to conserve cell phone power as they may use this to track you. Keep hydrated if possible! On of the biggest risks is dehydration or if trauma damage to the kidneys. Move around a little if possible/safe to prevent pressure injuries, but conserve energy. Make some noise so rescuers can more easily find you.

Reassure each other.: Since you have contacted Health Tap I assume that you have contacted emergency services who would be on their way to rescue you. You should of course follow their advice which will relate to particular circumstances. This would include advice about administering support to any injured victims. While it is easy to say to " stay calm" , you can often help each other by reassuring each other.
