Myth: Take a shower which is comfortable for you. The purpose of a shower is to clean your body. Your blood circulation will benefit from exercise, normal weight and drinking lots of water.

Your skin should: feel warm and look pink. Your hands and feet should feel warm too. If you are moving, your blood will be circulating well. Your heart pumps blood to every organ, especially the brain, and when exercising, it pumps it throughout your body, and to your muscles. If your circulation is poor, your complexion may look pale, and you may feel cold all the time. In that case UR doctor needs to do a work up.
