What are some symptoms of high b.p and diabetics. does walking for an hour a day cures it?

Variable: The high blood pressure can be silent and cause no symptom, should be measured to check it, don't wait for symptom. The diabetes also should be checked because doesn't cause any symptom at the beginning, than will cause uncreased urination and thirst. At time ulcer in the feet of bleeding in the eye is the reason to check and diagnose it. Walking is very good but is no a cure.

I am non diabetic athletic individual with a herniated l4 l5. I have no symptoms all year except the infrequent brief episodes of sciatica. However, when I go for a long walk I get brief paresthesia in my right foot, is this due to my l4 l5 or what?
