Chlamydia treatment: Probably you were given a single dose of azithromycin, 1 gram. It sometimes upsets the stomach like this. However, as long as vomiting is more than a half hour after taking it, enough is absorbed to do the job. After "a few hours", it should work just fine. Still, always best to be retested after 2-3 months in case of treatment failure or reinfection. Also make sure partner(s) treated.
