No: When you take the common treatment for chlamydia it builds up & stays in your tissues for a week or more. Over this time frame your system is resistant to reintroduction of that germ & allows you to heal. If you are exposed to the germ a few weeks later when the tissue levels have disappeared, you can get it again.
