Digestion Problem?: This could be some time due to indigestion of fat or infection with Giardia. If you have blood in your stool or have fever with these symptoms, then you need to see a doctor.

Please see a gastroenterologist about the thin stools to rule out obstruction, especially to rule out colon cancer as a cause of obstruction. Floating stool suggests poor absorption of dietary fats.
