Please call your OB: Please call your OB MD who is aware of your total history and care. A twin pregnancy is complicated enough to manage without "interlopers" like this forum "chiming" in.

Infection or not: being pregnant in your 2nd trimester with twins would put you at some risk. With discharge and bleeding, your condition deserves a thorough vaginal exam and fetal heart tones (FHT) to be sure that the babies are doing well.
