Pregnancy unlikely: A woman who is taking birth control pills correctly (doing the correct thing after missing one pill), and then also taking a morning-after pill on time, is not likely to get pregnant. Of course, life can surprise you sometimes. A urine pregnancy test should be done 3 weeks after sex. Tests are accurate, inexpensive, and sold in stores everywhere.
