Several things: Several things could be going on including a period that is about to start or a urinary tract infection. There is no medical reason to need to take a break from your pills.Since you have done so and are obviously worried about pregnancy, check a pregnancy test and if it is negative repeat it in 3-5 days. If your symptoms continue , see your doctor for an exam and testing.Hope you feel better soon
