Depending: it could in fact BE something like a bug or worm in your ear, or a mild infection making you more sensitive to the movement of normal hairs there, or water that has gotten trapped. Try holding a flashlight to the ear to see if anything crawls out. Clean the ear thoroughly with peroxide, dry it with alcohol, and get your ear examined if this persists.
