Dehydration: It's possible you're experiencing some degree of dehydration with these symptoms. It's always good to increase fluid intake when you have a 'cold'. This serves to 'thin' the mucous AND prevents dehydration which can be a cause of headaches. Chicken soup, hot lemon tea, ginger ale or even water are all good choices. If fever develops or worsening pain, see a doc for proper diagnosis.

Sinus pressure: You are likely suffering from increased sinus pressure. If symptoms have been persistent for more than 10 days without improvement see your primary doctor for further treatment. If you have had less then 10 days of symptoms try OTC nasal sprays like Afrin or saline rinses.
