You should not eat: any thing hard to digest such as fried oily fatty foods, dairy products, too much roughage such as green leafy vegetables, or red meats. I would stick with broth and lots of liquids that have electrolytes, such as Gatorade/ Powerade, Pedialyte, or coconut water (not coconut milk). And thanks for trusting in Healthtap.
