I have pale skin, and my legs sometimes turn light purple and my veins are visible, while my knees turn a dark purple/blue color. no pain and not cold?

Get a medcheckup: If you have discoloration of your skin, it can be a circulatory problem caused by conditions like Raynaud's disease(although cold temp is what is commonly responsible to bring out these changed in the case of Raynauds.
Still a physical exam and blood tests including CBC and serum proteins should be checked.
