DeQuervian's Disease: 34 year old woman with DeQuervian's stenosing tenosynovitis s/p decompression 6 years ago now with recurring symptoms. Rest and splint your thumb if possible, ice, NSAIDs. Immediately call your hand surgeon. It may be that one tendon was decompressed, your Abductor Pollicis Longus, but you have since developed symptoms in the Extensor Pollicis Brevis tendon sheath and need injection/decompression.
