Sometimes : It's common for your next child to be bigger, however US is not always accurate and can overestimate weight of the baby.

Not necessarily : If this is your 3rd pregnancy than uterus is stretched and is bigger. But accurate measurement is with ultrasound exam. Eat healthy and take prenatal multivitamins. Best wishes
