Maybe but it depends: Your ovaries produce follicles and small cystic structures (usually under 4 cm) regularly which may or may not cause you symptoms and which resolve spontaneously. Oral contraceptive pills prevent ovulation and some follicular and functional cysts but do not prevent other types of ovarian cysts. You need to ask your Gyn what caused your "2 bad right ovarian cysts", what was their size, appearance
