Hard to say: It would be hard to say with so little information. It is certainly possible to aspirate water into your lungs, or if you vommitted a lot more may have gone into your stomach. If you have a significant shortness of breath, residual cough, chest pain, or resolution of any symptoms I would not hesitate to be seen for exam and possibly radiologic workup.
