Happens Sometimes: 29 y/o male asks Why does my heart beat faster and harder sometimes where its noticeable at rest. Key Word is 'Sometimes'. Normal for most Humans heart to beat faster even at rest, like when thinking of or imagining exciting things like sports or even ones favorite foods!
