Iv had stress test been to pulm dr. , allergy dr, ent dr. still short of breath. pulm dr. says no asthma. breath shortness 3 months now?

Confusing: This sounds like a difficult case. Maybe you should sit down with the pulmonologist to fully understand what they believe is causing the shortness of breath since not asthma. Or consider starting over again with a new pulmonologist for a fresh opinion.
