I have foot drop on my left foot since 2009. no pain. doctors say i have no disc herniation. if one can tell me which is the next step i should take.

An ankle foot: orthotic would help keep the foot up when walking so as not to trip over it. I don't know if at this point in time the foot drop can be reversed. Finding out the etiology would help.
