Poor nutrition: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it appears that you may be deficient in iron, folic acid and/or B12. It would be prudent to consult your doctor for the proper treatment. In the meantime you could start taking oral iron supplements and multivitamin with B12.
