Dermatographism: Usually appears in lines from scratching. Take a blunt but narrow object like the tail end of a pen and draw a line with very firm pressure on the inside of your forearm. For cold urticaria : Rest a bagged ice cube on your arm. Cholinergic urticaria are small bumps with surrounding redness and can be tested by immersing yourself in warm water like in a bath.
