How come so many medical doctors do not believe that adrenal fatigue is a real issue?

Fatigue: Fatigue is real. There's no denying your symptoms. But if the ACTH stimulation test is normal, then your adrenals are functioning normally. Some people get convinced that their symptoms "must be from my hormones", and some practitioners unnecessarily treat with hormones. This distracts from trying to figure out the real problem.
