Need medical checkup: Pain like you have, has a medical reason. it is coming from your Right sided Ribs or surface of your right lung. This can only be verified with an X-Ray or CT scan of the chest. So you must go see your doctor on Monday even if you have to go to the ER to find a Doctor. Good luck
