Strengthening muscle: ARound or near any joint that has Laxity may help give some stability but one must be very careful not to irritate the joint or ligaments while doing those same exercises. A careful plan with a certified physical therapist or occupational therapist is worthwhile Sometimes a brace or wrap is used also. Both for exercise and for stressful activities
