I am quitting smoking. i need to know what to do about the withdrawals. i didn't realize they were as bad as they are until i ask how long it takes to?

It veries: Different people approach stopping smoking differently. It feels rough and can last different amount of time for each person. You can try having a half of smoke when it gets bad but then cut that out when you can. It should get easier in a few weeks, but it depends on your approach.
