See specialist : Isolated transverse process fractures usually do well. You would certainly want to make sure there are no other associated injuries. Usually, when someone presents to the ER, they give you a followup appointment to see a spinal specialist. I would contact that person or other orthopedic or neurosurgeon to be seen as soon as possible. The other option- back to that or other ER.
