Possibly: Raynaud phenomenon can occur in the absence of known illness. It has also been linked to more than a dozen aliments, many of which have an auto immune feature like psoriatic arthritis.

Category of seronegstive or rheum negative arthritides and Raynauds is well known That being said the diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis in ann18 year old is rare. A rheumatologist can answer these questions specifically and any 18 year old with arthritis needs a rheumatologist care
