Yes: The classic picture is a stomach ache, crampy type feeling with nausea and sometimes vomiting, a lack of hunger and possibly chills or low fevers followed by a migration of pain to the rt lower abdomen where it becomes burning hot, sharp and very painful to the touch.. Any little jarring, a cough , a sneeze or someone bumping you is extremely painful, it may be difficult to stand straight up.
