Pregnancy test: You can buy a kit from any drug store to do a urine pregnancy test at home. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Infection: You should see your doctor. Fever/chills are symptoms of infection and you should have a full exam. If your period is late a pregnancy test is absolutely indicated if if is possible you're pregnant. A physician needs to know your full medical history, medications, allergies and examine you to determine what is going on. Expect history/exam+ tests.Temperature may be incorrect. Good luck.
