What does a stage 4 cancer (at home) patient do when he/she can not tolerate the vomiting/nausea as side effects from pain prescriptions? suffer?

Anti nausea : Even though one isn't on chemotherapy, one can still try Zofran , also known as Ondansetron. Or try Compazine (prochlorperazine) or Granisetron.
