Have it checked by : Your eye doctor under a slit lamp. That would be the best to see what it actually is for diagnosis. Hard to say from this as you need to provide more info and medical and ocular history. How long it's been going on? Which eye or both eyes? What exposure to anything, previous infections? These are all important considerations. Take care. Good luck now.
