I have 3-4 white spots in an enlarged tonsil for about 1 week, which seem to be worsening. no pain, fever. about 2 weeks ago i have a viral upper respiratory infection. no recent abx or steroids.

White spots: This may indicate Strept throat. IT would be a good idea to get a culture/swab and start appropriate antibiotic if indicated
