Life isn't that way: If one has penile herpes, it will go away with or without cream. But, herpes rashes may recur. Think carefully... the cream that is put on the penis can be any kind of cream (face cream, hand cream, suntan lotion, antibiotic cream, antifungal cream, etc.) and the herpes rash will still go away. Thus, no exact conclusion about herpes can be obtained, from just looking at what cream was on a penis.
