See an ENT: You sound like you may be having a sinus infection at this time especially with your left face hurting. This is common in people with allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis. Without getting a better history and exam, it's virtually impossible to confirm which one it is. However, an ENT can treat your sinus infection and then evaluate you when you are healthy to figure what is going on.
