Very unlikely.: 16-18 years old might have a chance of growing a bit. If it is any comfort, I was surprised to discover that people who are tall often wish they were short.

Accept your size: At 21 your growth centers are most likely closed ; no further growth is possible. If your growth centers are open (xray of hand can tell) you might grow some, but most growth centers close at 17 in females so this is unlikely. There is no magic exercise or diet to grow taller.
