Red bumps on buttock: May be folliculitis or dry skin-eczema, rarely bites or ringworm/fungal. Could try some desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or A&D ointment with zinc oxide as it has skin protection and antibacterial/ antifungal properties(zinc oxide). other alternative are bacitracin as an antibacterial and a topical steroid (first apply bacitracin ,then the topical steroid. F/U w/ doc
