Paresthesias: The "pins and needles" sensation in only two fingers may indicate that you have a nerve entrapment along the sensory innervation of a nerve. If it were your ring and pinky fingers that had the pins and needles on the palm side, it would be your ulnar nerve that had a paresthesia. The ulnar nerve is commonly bumped at your elbow and can cause this kind of paresthesia. Try not to lean on your elbow.

R/O DISC DISEASE: Your description of the pain sounds neuropathic in nature . You need a full exam and focused Neuro exam. Full lab tests including TFTS /Vit b12/Vit d/ Lyme disease. If symptoms persist & If reflexes are weak or foot drop is present. Mri of cervical spine is needed to rule out arthritis /herniated disc or mass effect.
