Please see below: If these symptoms are in the hands only it most likely to be a possible carpal tunnel. If these symptoms are in the feet too, it will be more systemic condition. In any case being evaluated at the office of your local neurologist and have ncs/emg done will help to establish diagnosis and treat the symptoms based on the nature of the condition.
