Opening externally?: I assume the opening is on the outer lip? Well to late to suture or glue. Try pulling the edges together and see if you can band aide. Perhaps to much moisturizing. What are you using? Try to let it heal without any lubrication Just perhaps a touch of antibiotic ointment at night.
