I still have excruciating lbp with even the slightest extension based moves 4.5 months s/p bilat pars repair @ l5. when does this become concerning?

Low back pain: 21 year old woman with severe low back pain s/p bilateral pars repair 4.5 months (with bone graft I believe I remember reading?) It is concerning that you still have pain. You need to speak with a spine surgery specialist. You may have a nonunion, more x-rays needed to compare. However, you may require a laminectomy or more definitive fixation with a PLIF if you have spondylolisthesis. Good luck.
