Mold exposure: Mold exposure typically over prolonged periods of time (chronic exposure) causes respiratory and/or nasal symptoms including shortness of breath, wheeze, increased congestion, rhinorrhea, etc. Contamination on the hands for a brief period is nothing to be concerned about.

Usu. nontoxic: Most black mold around the house is an allergy problem, not really toxic. Breathing a lot of it, like in demolition, requires a good mask. Intact skin exposure would not be likely to be a real problem. Keep it out of cuts. That said, not all black molds are alike and some folks can have stronger allergies than others. Hand washing is always good. Gloves and a mask are useful safety precautions.

Tell me more: You may wish to tell me more of your black mold. What is the size?, shape?, elevated from the skin surface? ulcerated? You said you washed off. Were you able to wash off completely? any remaining scar? any recurrence?. If you were able to wash off completely without scar or remaining black tissue, you would be OK. If "black mold" remains go see a dermatologist.

Nothing will happen: The so called "Black Mold" can be due to several species of indoor mold. These molds are not invasive and don't colonize the skin. They won't cause harm if you get it on your hands but chronic exposure may result in upper and lower respiratory tract symptoms.
