No: Fluconazole is an azole class antifungal with activity against fungal infections with Candida albicans and non albicans Candida such as tropicalis, glabrata, and parapsilosis but not Candida krusei. Enterococcus faecalis is a gram positive bacteria that lives in the gut of humans and some animals. When pathogenic, E. faecalis infections are treated with antibiotics like linezolid & daptomycin.
