I have severe redness in my hands. is there any ways i can get rid of it without going to a doctor? perhaps some sort of diet, activity, etc?

Erythema: Palmar erythema(redness of palms) may be seen in liver disease in men. It occurs from female hormone effect in women,however. But if your entire hand shows redness other factors such as histamine from allergies and certain other hormones can cause it. If you feel that your hands are abnormally redefined consult a dermatologist for evaluation.
