Definitely yes: High anxiety or travel anxiety can contribute or trigger lower back pain or burning sensation, specially if you have a previous history of lubmar spine degenerative process or disc herniation (discopathy) For longer travel , over 8 hrs I recommend Triazolam. 0,25 it will help relax lumbar muscles and allows good 3-4 hrs nap .
