Has Caused Problems: Breathing in Helium from a balloon has potential to block oxygen & cause problems. Taking Helium directly from a tank has lead to death in past. However, real prob is procedure sends a message that it is OK to breath fumes in household&outside from other sources, many of which R def not safe (e.g., bleach, solvents). Bleach damages lungs, Solvent fumes the Brain w future potential for chronic dis.
