Embolic Phenomena?: What you are describing sounds like emboli distally. This can come from internal infection or vasculitis. Have U been recently pregnant? Do U take illicit drugs IV? Have U ever been told of a heart murmur? This needs a full W/U. OK to start with an internist, but it sounds like U may need a cardiac Sonogram. Any Lupus in the family? Please see Internist ASAP.
