Urine dips always show 1+ or moderate blood in urine, but usually no rbc. what could be the cause? this is not during my menstrual cycle. thanks

Microhematuria: If you exercise heavily, you will secrete myoglobin in your urine and as a UA can not distinguish between hemoglobin (from blood) and myoglobin (from muscle), UA will be positive for blood but no RBC seen. If your UA however reveals both blood and RBC then you need to seek a urologist's care for further evaluation and workup.
