This will reduce the: constant reminder about your caste, but moving is a BIG and often underrated stressor, even if you move out of state, much less out of country. Can you move to a country where caste is not emphasized? Do you have a support system away from India? You asked about being normal. I think normal is what is healthy for you, and you get to define that. Be at peace with yourself.
