count the ways: Nicotine paralizes cilia in lung causes more serious infections, cough, gross phlegm. Co weakens you and has the same effect as anemia. The smoke destroys the lung leading to emphesema. Your skin gets coarse and premature aging. Teeth/fingers get yellow. You smell gross. Oh yes, cancer of lungs, mouth, stomach and other organs. Also, anxiety, depression. But it might look cool.
